Waking up to the soft sound of the sea. No alarm clock, no hurry. The doors open and the warm Balinese air greets you. With a cup of coffee, you walk through the tropical garden to the beach. Just nothing. Only the sea, a warm breeze, and fishing boats in the distance.
Back at the villa, a splash of water sounds from the pool. On the covered terrace, the breakfast is almost ready. Ayu and Sepi greet you with their familiar smile. Fresh mango, dragonfruit and watermelon on the table, coffee on the side and the whole day is still ahead of you.
Maybe you’ll go with Juta to the rice fields, a temple, the hot spring springs or Menjangan Island to dive or snorkel. Or you’ll just stay at home. A book by the pool, a massage in the garden, another dip in the sea and at the end of the afternoon watching the sun slowly descend towards the horizon.
That might be the greatest luxury of Villa Bima Sena: there is no need to do anything. Time for yourself, space to enjoy and the opportunity to choose what you want to do every day. Not just staying in Bali, but living on Bali for a while.

There are no enough good things to say about our stay at the villa. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the staff. The food was fantastic and never disappointed. We took advantage of the driver and car and he helped us plan many exceptional excursions. The grounds and pool were kept beautiful. We enjoyed excursions to snorkel, explore waterfalls, swim with dolphins, explore temples, and had a wonderful nature/cultural walk through the rice terraces, not to be missed. The communication with Karin was superb throughout the booking process right through to checkout. We can’t wait to come back! Dean M.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy all that Bali has to offer. The swimming pool with sea view, the lovely veranda and the beautifully landscaped garden. The staff make your stay feel like a real vacation, with neat rooms, clean cleaning and the most delicious dishes prepared on request. A real recommendation if you are looking for peace and quiet. Tip: Choose Juta as your taxi during your stay; he has good tips and will take you wherever you want to go. Wim P.

Our stay at Karin's villa was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the feeling of "being home" after our daily activities; Ayu and Sepi (the cooks) were wonderful; communication was excellent from start to finish; and hiring Juta (the driver) for the two weeks worked out perfectly.
